Postpartum support

Postpartum support

Care for the fourth trimester

The weeks after birth are tender. We come to your home, day or night, so you can feed your baby, heal, and sleep.

What we do

What a shift looks like

We shape each shift around what your family needs that day. Nothing is off the list.

  • Newborn care, so you can rest or shower without worry.
  • Feeding help, whether that is breast, bottle, or both.
  • A warm meal cooked, and the kitchen left tidy.
  • Real rest for parents, including overnight so you can sleep.
  • A calm pair of hands and a listening ear, whenever you need one.
  • Support for the whole family, partners and siblings included.

Day or overnight

Shifts and rates

Day shifts $40 / hour

Help through the daytime.

Overnight shifts $50 / hour

We stay while you sleep.

Every shift has a four hour minimum.

Why it matters

Rest is not a luxury

New parents are told to sleep when the baby sleeps. That is hard when there is a house to run and a body still healing.

We hold the quiet hours so you can truly rest. A parent who has slept is a parent who can enjoy their baby.
